Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your VaibBrand purchase. If something doesn't meet your expectations, the process below explains how returns and refunds are handled.

Returns You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • Supported with photos if requested

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error or the item arrived defective. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless defective)

Exchanges If you need a different size or style, the fastest method is to return the item and place a new order after your return is approved.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For orders shipped to the European Union, you are legally entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, include all tags and packaging, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: some banks or card providers may require additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at vaiblabelofficial@gmail.com.
