Order Processing & Production

All items are produced on demand. We do not hold pre-made stock. Orders are usually processed and ready for shipment within 1–5 business days after payment is received. During peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, production times may be longer.

Delivery Times

After your order has been shipped, delivery time depends on the destination. Estimated delivery timeframe:

  • Worldwide: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs procedures, carrier issues, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and shown before payment is completed. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear in the carrier's system.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by production backlogs, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or high-volume seasons.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect or missing address information may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment and may not qualify for a refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking confirms that a package has been delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate the issue.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
